1. Tone Sekelius: (My way)
Sekelius chose a classic trench coat outfit to wear in Saturday's semi-finals. During the performance, a sudden outfit change occurs as the trench coat dress is ripped from two sides, revealing a sleek red dress. Unlike the song performed, I would give these outfits a 10/10.
2. Cazzi Opeia: (I can´t get enough)
Opeia chose to wear a matching pastel rainbow set of pants and top. The top was filled with colorful details and the sleeves were round and puffy. This whimsical outfit truly matches the light hearted tone of her song, therefore making it perfect for her performance. All in all … a very unique choice!
3. Alvaro Estrella: (Suave)
Estrella chose to wear a sleeveless knitted vest paired with gold and pearl jewelry as well as glittery black pants. A stylish choice, however I found that the top did not match the pants very well and the backup dancer's red outfits took away the attention from him.
4. Theoz: (Som du vill)
Theoz chose to wear a monochrome dark blue outfit including baggy sweatpants, hoodie and vest on top. This outfit was youthful and must have been comfortable to wear however, despite the choice of color, was a bit basic. In future I would encourage him to be more adventurous with his wardrobe choice instead of playing it safe.
5. Lisa Miskovsky: (Best to come)
Miskovsky chose to wear a gray glittery long sleeved top, dark gray skirt paired with silver belt, striped leggings, red boots and accessorizing with a black hat and a bold silver necklace. One could truly call this “cowgirl/country singer gone wrong”! Her outfit is worse than basic … It's simply tacky. It also has nothing to do with the background dancers outfits and the theme which adds to the disappointment.
6. Anna Bergendahl: (Higher power)
Bergendahl chose to wear a peculiar short beige dress paired with a matching cowboy hat and boots. This outfit had a cowgirl on safari kind of vibe which was confusing as it had nothing to do with the song. Furthermore, the whole theme of the background display and the outfit was just completely flawed and could have been better.
7. Lillasyster: (Till our days are over)
The band Lillasyster chose a punk rock look which definitely matched the theme and tone of the song and background display. Nevertheless, it was far from being unique and did not attract any attention.
8. Danne Stråhed: (Hallabaloo)
Stråhed chose to wear black pants, black shoes, gold and black patterned vest, yellow and black patterned shirt accessorized with a beige and black patterned scarf and a black hat. Coming at the bottom of the list, this outfit was the worst of the night. Pattern on pattern caused the entire outfit to clash, creating a disaster (much like the song he performed).
